Claim your profileI am an entertainment business reporter for the Wall Street Journal based in the Los Angeles bureau. I write extensively about all the major media and streaming companies including Netflix, Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery, Apple and others. Over the course of my career I have covered all facets of the entertainment industry including television, radio, film and regulation as well as mergers and acquisitions -- everything from content to conglomerates. I rejoined the WSJ after five years with the Los Angeles Times as a media reporter. Prior to that, I was director of industry programs for The Paley Center for Media. Besides the Wall Street Journal and Los Angeles Times, I've also held senior positions with Entertainment Weekly and Daily Variety, A Detroit native, my career has taken me from Washington, D.C. to New York to Hollywood.
