And while I’m incredibly proud of my accomplishments and credentials, I feel compelled to use this summary to highlight what I believe to be a gap in the requisite LinkedIn attributes: Passion. My name is JL Johnson and I have a passion for improvement. I wake up each day with a commitment being more successful than those past, to make every day better than the last. I have a passion for the development of people. Having led directly and indirectly, I enjoy the challenge and reward of helping people unlock their potential. My passion for improvement does not end with individuals.
