I'm a newspaper guy -- a Pulitzer Prize winner -- with modern-day skills and sensibilities as an editor and reporter. I'm also an adjunct professor who teaches investigative reporting and copy editing. I manage the Detroit Free Press autos, business, education and investigative teams. Previously, I oversaw the Free Press investigations team as team leader and reporter. I wrote for the web and print, appeared on TV and in our own videos and blogged.
