I analyse macroeconomic, social trends and geopolitical issues, and explore how they might impact the commercial objectives and operational strategies of law firms in Asia. Having spent more than 15 years in the legal market, splitting that time working both as journalist and as an in-house strategic communications specialist, I understand well the commercial drivers for law firms. I recognise the risks, challenges and issues these businesses face, and I examine their value propositions. I care little for bombastic jargon and care most about being understood.
