Jessica Reyna is currently the Director Of Operations for 6AM City, the fastest growing newsletter-first local media company in the U.S. In her role, she drives operational excellence across multiple key areas, including Human Resources, Software Inventory, Technology, Training, Development, and Company Culture. Her strategic leadership ensures that the organization operates efficiently while fostering an innovative and collaborative environment. Jessica holds an MBA with a focus on Executive Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Southeastern University. She began her journey at 6AM City as an Editor, curating news, lifestyle, civic, and event-based content for a daily newsletter-style email. Prior to 6AM City, Jessica worked for Envision by WorldStrides, coordinating career exploration and leadership development programs for students across the globe. She managed field offices for each large scale conference session, provided support and feedback to leads in logistical and academic processes, assisted in the hiring of hundreds of seasonal staff members, and oversaw program travel all over the world. Jessica excels at driving organizational growth through efficient systems and processes. She is committed to empowering teams, optimizing workflows, and fostering a positive, results-driven culture.
