Jerry Sullivan is senior national managing editor for The Real Deal, the leading source of news, analysis and feature reporting for the real estate industry in the U.S. Sullivan oversees efforts to bolster and integrate coverage in New York, MIami, Southern California, the San Franciisco Bay Area, Greater Chicago and Texas Triangle markets. He founded SullivanSaysSoCal in October 2018 and operated the digital, subscription-based column for three years after serving as editor of the Los Angeles Business Journal and the Orange County Business Journal. Sullivan founded the Los Angeles Garment & Citizen, which served neighborhoods throughout Downtown Los Angeles and surrounding districts from 2001 to 2010.
