Whether it is in meeting deadlines, delivering exceptional quality research and accuracy, or in managing high pressure environments - my focus has always remained on "How can we do this better?".As an impact-driven communications leader focused on building trust, credibility, and engagement, I am known for my ability to develop win-win relationships across disparate stakeholder groups.For the past 6+ years, I have had the opportunity to drive impact while leading the Election Division at the Bergen County Clerk's Office. Serving Bergen County, the largest county in the State of New Jersey, and the only county in the State to be tasked with producing all Election Material in English, Spanish, and Korean while serving 70 different municipalities and over 500,000 registered voters.We work daily in conjunction with media, campaigns, voters, along with local, state and federal agencies, to ensure constituents are nformed and engaged in an open and transparent election process.Key areas of impact include:-Played an integral role in growing the Election Division's research, accuracy, and scope of reach.-Rigorously managed Division's image by continually improving services, efficiency, and accuracy while relentlessly advocating for innovation and content development.-Forged a stronger relationship with the media on behalf of the Division.-Managed and Developed media and external relationships by responding to requests daily, increasing visibility,transparency and accuracy in Election Reporting.-Led a team in design, development, and production of 300+ ballots per cycle, communication materials, tools, and outreach tools each year- meeting all deadlines.Specialties:Research, Communications Strategy, Planning and Execution...Strategic Development of Talking Points..Media Relations...Interagency Collaboration...Delivery within Deadline-driven Environments.
