Jeff also has extensive metro newspaper experience. He was a longtime writer at the San Francisco Chronicle and South Florida Sun-Sentinel. Jeff Pelline is now a Sierra Foothills-Lake Tahoe resident who has launched and grown a successful print and web magazine called Sierra FoodWineArt. The magazine focuses on food, wine, art and destination travel, and each issue is posted at digital.sierraculture.com. Jeff Pelline earned a master's degree in journalism at Northwestern University. When Jeff was Editor, CNET New.com's staff has won a National Magazine Award, among other high honors. Jeff's work also has been published in the Sacramento Bee, New York Times, Time magazine and Chicago Tribune. He is a regular journalism lecturer and speaker. Jeff's hobbies include sailing, swimming and world travel.
