Jee-Yun Lee is an acclaimed journalist, anchor, TV host and actress with almost 20 years experience in Canada's broadcast industry. Jee-Yun has held such roles as videographer, general assignment reporter, Queen's Park reporter, Health reporter, Consumer Specialist, producer, editor, TV host and anchor for CHCH TV, CityTV and CTV.Some of her many achievements include:- Anchor and host special coverage of the 2012 U.S. Presidential Election- Undercover investigative reports on buying used cars and the dangers of nail salons- Co-host CityTV’s New Year’s Eve Bash at Nathan Phillips Square from 2002 to 2004Jee-Yun ran a successful blog on CityNews.ca called Jeelicious. She wrote all the content, took all the photos, ran various consumer giveaways and built up the number of visitors to make it one of the top 3 blogs on the company website. Jee-Yun is also well versed on engaging people online via twitter and instagram.Jee-Yun was part of the CityNews team when it was awarded a Gemini for best newscast in 2004. She is a 2011 Korean Canadian Heritage Award Recipient and a 2014 nominee for Top Choice Awards Best TV Personality.Outside of work Jee-Yun has assisted in fundraising and awareness efforts for retinoblastoma (eye cancer) and multiple sclerosis. She also works closely with the Korean Canadian Women's Association focusing on fundraising efforts to provide social and family services to Korean families in Canada.Jee-Yun is a part time actress.
