Hello! I am an award-winning journalist and executive leader with 17+ years of experience in digital media. I build teams based on honesty and kindness that work collaboratively to accomplish their goals -- and have some fun while doing so! I led a global team at CNN of more than 50 digital video managers and producers who shot & edited videos for linear, digital and social media platforms. We covered domestic and international news, politics, business, features and more. My team was responsible for hitting revenue and sponsorship goals, and we used data & analytics extensively to shape our strategy. I've worked closely with product partners to build and develop new tools for journalists and new experiences for the audience. And I love to project manage in-depth, multimedia, cross-platform stories. I also have extensive experience training traditional TV journalists in digital media. I've conducted in-person workshops, developed online classes and filmed development videos on writing, digital video package production and vertical video strategies.
