He has written on food, travel and numerous other topics for Departures, GQ, Flare, Zoomer, Financial Post magazine, Toronto Life, and enRoute, amongst many others. He has co-authored two cookbooks with Mark McEwan (Great Food at Home and Mark McEwan’s Fabbrica) and one with Susur Lee (Susur: A Culinary Life). His book on Canadian cuisine, titled My Canada Includes Foie Gras, was published by Penguin in October, 2012 and will be released in paperback in spring, 2014.
