Claim your profileIzzy Ross is the regional climate solutions reporter at Grist and Interlochen Public Radio. Before that, she was news director at KDLG in Dillingham, AK. From 2019-2022 Izzy directed the Bristol Bay Fisheries Report, which provides vital information daily to thousands of commercial fishermen in the summer. She has also reported for Alaska's Energy Desk, a regional journalism collaboration with Alaska Public Media. Her work has aired on National Native News, Morning Edition, All Things Considered, and Here and Now. Izzy graduated from Smith College with a degree in Government in 2015 and spent a year reporting on stand-up comedy in Berlin, Germany, on a Fulbright Journalism Fellowship.
