Claim your profileExecutive Producer | Creative Strategist | On-Air Host | Ethnomusicologist | Voice Actor I’m a media innovator passionate about global music, youth engagement, and powerful storytelling. Since 2012, I’ve led the transformation of Music Time in Africa, The Voice of America's flagship music show, into a multi-platform brand reaching millions of fans across radio, TV, podcasting, and digital platforms. As a trained jazz and classical singer with a Ph.D. in Ethnomusicology and African Studies, I bring a deep understanding of music, culture, and communication to every project. My career has taken me across Africa, Europe, and the U.S., with years spent living and working in West Africa. I’m fluent in French and Bambara and also work professionally as a voice actor. Today, I continue to bridge cultures and generations through media and music journalism—spotlighting artists and trends from Africa to America, including cultural hubs like LA, New York, and Nashville. Let’s connect if you're passionate about global music, cultural storytelling, or innovative media.
