I’m a journalist based in Washington, D.C., with experience in audience engagement, digital production, writing, and editing at Sojourners, National Geographic, WTOP Radio, Slate, NPR and more. I’m passionate about working with journalism and media companies to develop and implement strategies that help them connect with their readers and grow their presence online. A news junkie with a flair for creativity and an unquenchable desire to learn new things, I love working with large data sets to present information and stories in ways that make sense and save time. I also love good web design, and strive to incorporate it into my work whenever possible. My work has been featured by publications and journalism outlets that range from local to international readership, and I have reported, written, and produced stories for a variety of platforms — websites, radio stations, print magazines, newspapers, and books.
