I am a 2023 Atmospheric Science graduate from The University of Kansas. I have over two years of on-air experience and have covered almost everything with Midwest weather, including severe weather, tornadoes, winter weather, and extreme heat/cold. My experience in broadcast meteorology began in September 2020, when I joined KU's Media Crossroads as a weather anchor for the show Good Evening KU. In February 2021, I joined KUJH-News as a weather anchor for their evening show. Both shows are aired throughout KU's campus and locally in Lawrence, Kansas. While at KU, I was the Social Chairperson for The University of Kansas's chapter of the American Meteorological Society during the 2021-2022 academic year. I was elected as President for the 2022-2023 academic year. My professional broadcast career started with a part-time weekend weather reporter position at News-Press NOW in St. Joseph, Missouri. I was on-air for this station from August 21st, 2021, until April 30th, 2023. As of June 12th, 2023, I am a full-time meteorologist at KWCH 12 News in Wichita, Kansas.
