Now serving as a Council Communications Specialist for Halifax Regional Municipality, Graeme applies his deep understanding of the media landscape to support municipal leaders in effectively engaging with the public. In this role, he develops key messaging, manages Councillor communications, and ensures clarity in public-facing materials, all while navigating the complexities of municipal governance. During his time at CTV Atlantic and Global Halifax, Graeme built strong relationships across the public and private sectors, working alongside industry-leading reporters and producers. His expertise in storytelling—both visual and print—continues to drive his approach to clear, impactful communication. Born and raised just outside Halifax, Graeme has lived in Nova Scotia his entire life. He is a graduate of the Bachelor of Journalism (Honours) program at the University of King’s College.
