As the president of Groupe Randstad France, I lead a team of over 5,000 professionals who provide a wide range of human resources services, from recruitment and staffing to consulting and outsourcing, to more than 100,000 clients across France. With over 30 years of experience in the HR industry, I have a proven track record of increasing revenue, profitability, and market share, as well as delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and employee engagement. My mission is to drive innovation and transformation in the HR sector, by leveraging digital technologies, data analytics, and agile methodologies, to create new solutions and service delivery models that meet the evolving needs of our customers and candidates. I am also passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and pay equity in the workplace, as a WGEA Pay Equity Ambassador and a signatory of the pledge to eliminate the gender pay gap.
