She was on the ABC7 news team when it grew to the #1 position, earning multiple Emmy Nominations for their news casts. A technologist at heart, Frances helped incorporate the WAZE app (Google) for on-air use to report traffic. In addition to her experience in front of the camera, Frances has extensive experience in production and editing, which includes writing and creating original broadcasts. Frances is committed to helping her local community and is an emcee for many Bay Area events for schools, awards, fundraisers, and charities. She has been recognized in her commitment of over 10+ years to a Filipino non-profit group that strives to prevent domestic violence through education and programs.Frances continues to work for ABC News on a part-time basis, filling in for both weather and traffic reporting.
