My early career spanned hospital and retail pharmacy, clinical and animal research. 23+ years across Healthcare, Pharma, MedTech, Education, and Consulting: I’ve trained and coached trainers, leaders, medical affairs, commercial teams, and high-potential talent across 14 countries in Asia-Pacific. My work bridges silos, shifts mindsets and cultures, and elevates both capability and confidence. Grounded in Psychology & Learning Science: I'm trained in Organisational Psychology, Positive Psychology, team-based learning, and problem-based learning, bringing both scientific and human insight into every session, workshop, or intervention. I hold additional certifications as a Positive Psychology Coach, Resilience trainer, and in psychometric assessments.
