Claim your profileI found my calling at the age of nine when I auditioned to be a "kid caster" for Radio Disney AM640 Philadelphia. At the time, I was too young to audition, but the station manager I insisted I stay persistent and followed my dream. In October 2004 at the age of 12, I was named Radio Disney AM640's newest kid caster - All Star Erika. More than 10 years later, I've turned my dream into a career. Following my graduation from the University of Miami, I've worked up the ranks from a digital producer, to news producer, then multi-media journalist and fill-in anchor at WWSB ABC7 in the Tampa market. I moved on to reporter and fill-in anchor roles at WINK News in Fort Myers and WSOC in Charlotte. I've also reported and anchored the Cast Member newscasts at Walt Disney World. I'm just a small-town Jersey girl living out her dream along the East Coast.
