He oversees the operation, integration, and new feature development for all digital properties and platforms, including the Spectrum website, newsletters, CMS, editorial workflow systems, social and off-platform sites, analytics, and AI tools. He’s the Co-Founder of the IEEE Robots Guide, a Webby Award-finalist site about robotics. He was previously Spectrum's Product Manager, building new sites, apps, and tools, and a Senior Editor, writing and editing stories on a wide range of science and technology topics, with an emphasis on robotics. He’s been quoted in the New York Times, NewYorker.com, and on NPR. He has won five Neal Awards and has been a finalist for two National Magazine Awards. An IEEE Member, he is an electrical engineer by training and has a master’s degree in science writing from MIT.
