I've always been fascinated by film and over the past decade of my life I've gotten the privilege to work extensively in both the audio and video post-production industries. At Decibel 11, a NY-based recording and mixing facility, I've worked as an assistant sound editor and sound editor on over ten complete seasons of episodic network TV, four documentaries including Very Ralph on HBO, and most recently as a sound effects editor for Netflix's feature film The Half of It. Parallel to my time in the audio post industry, I have worked for PCMag.com editing videos including product reviews, daily morning shows and more. Currently I work for Mashable producing and editing short 1-2 minute videos on new and innovative technology daily in addition to mini 5-10 minute documentaries and press junkets.
