I’ve worked at CBC for over a decade, driven by a deep passion for storytelling, especially human interest and mental health-related stories. My work is community-focused journalism, and I create content that connects with audiences across social media, radio, and TV.One of my favourite projects was launching CBC Edmonton’s TikTok account. This project challenged me to think creatively about connecting with a new audience.As a Video Journalist, I’ve gained solid experience in shooting, writing, and editing for multiple platforms. Whether producing stories, reporting, or editing for various platforms, I’m committed to delivering meaningful, high-quality journalism.In addition, I’m pursuing a Master of Arts in Communications at Royal Roads University, where I’m exploring how media shapes culture. This has been an exciting way to deepen my skills and bring even richer stories to life.
