Claim your profileI am an Emmy-nominated producer, and Sports Podcast Awards-winning presenter with a passion for turning good a story into great business, on a deadline. My career has been defined by breaking barriers and delivering audience growth and engagement at the wide end of the fan funnel. Career Highlights: - In 2011, I became the first woman to report on a Rugby World Cup for African broadcast giant SuperSport. Over the next decade, I hosted live studio and pitch-side coverage on tests and across club rugby, while also developing new formats to drive audience acquisition and reporting for news. Global Sports Coverage: - Hosted digital coverage of the 2019 Cricket World Cup for the ICC, contributing to a then record of 4.6 billion global views across the tournament. - Co-produced and presented RWC Daily during the 2019 Rugby World Cup, the year’s most-watched daily digital sports show. - Developed and hosted a variety of digital series for global events, including the Nedbank Golf Challenge, the International Figure Skating Union ISU and the Rugby World Cup draws for the 2021 and 2023 events. As a Content Creator & Author: - I published "Become an Influencer" in 2020 - breaking down how to monetise creator content. Innovator in Digital Media: - Produced and hosted pioneering projects like the daily Oscar Pistorius trial show for Media24 and branded rugby series like "Lockdown Laughs" to activate Vodacom's SuperRugby title partnership. Recent Milestone: Led Whisper’s production team during the 2021 British & Irish Lions Tour in the Springbok bubble, resulting in the International Emmy-nominated documentary, Two Sides. With a foundation in sports, current affairs, and lifestyle content, I thrive on creating meaningful connections with audiences through podcast, digital media, national radio, and live TV.
