Claim your profileI am currently working as a self-shooting multi-media journalist, on-air producer and social media producer at BBC Radio Cornwall and BBC Spotlight. Check out some of the things I've made here: https://danjbater.wixsite.com/dan-bater I've spoken on live TV, international radio, regional social media pages and everything in between. I regularly create multimedia projects that span across all platforms and achieve national engagement. I've even been a researcher, editor and script writer for network programmes, including Wake Up To Money and Moneybox. Before I joined the BBC, I achieved a first-class English and History degree at the University of Exeter. Alongside my studies, I was the producer and host of a university-sponsored podcast, called Voices: Out Loud, which aimed to provide a platform for underrepresented perspectives. Furthermore, I was the Head of Music at a national award-winning radio station (Surf Radio) and won campus awards as part of my university’s History Society too. My BBC role and previous society experience has effectively developed my communication, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
