Claim your profileAs a senior editor of cookbooks at Taste of Home, I blend my passions for food and communication to create engaging cookbooks, digital content, and instructional tutorials. I’m an avid collector and curator of recipes—constantly reading, creating, refining, and sharing them with family and friends. In my side role at a boutique wine shop in southern Wisconsin, I lead data-driven marketing initiatives, edit email campaigns, manage the website, and host wine tastings. I’ve also orchestrated wine-pairing dinners and sampled exceptional wines—sometimes far above my pay grade! I graduated with honors from the Culinary Institute of America, where I edited the student newspaper, La Papillote. While earning my bachelor’s in writing, I worked as a pastry chef at a AAA five-diamond property, where I mastered the challenge of making mousseline cream in 4-gallon batches at a time.
