Claim your profileChloe Vincente is an award-winning journalist and media professional with more than eight years of experience as an anchor, investigative reporter, and multi-media journalist. Currently, Chloe is a Weekday Evening Anchor and Investigative Reporter at WDBJ7. She's held several roles at WDBJ7, from co-hosting the lifestyle show "Here @ Home" to anchoring the evening news, producing, and investigating local issues. Prior to that, Chloe was a Weekend Anchor and Investigative Reporter in Birmingham, Alabama at CBS 42 (WIAT-TV). Chloe led an award-winning investigative franchise called “Your Voice Your Station.” Her investigative series uncovering dangerous air pollution from the Bluestone Coke plant won Alabama Broadcaster's Association First Place Award for Investigative Reporting in 2021. She won another First place Alabama Broadcaster's Association award in 2022 for her investigation into Alabama prison deaths. She also won the overall Best Franchise Award for “Your Voice Your Station” in 2021. Prior to landing her job in Birmingham, Chloe was a Main Evening Anchor at WBNG in Binghamton, NY. She was swiftly promoted from MMJ, to Weekend Anchor, to a Main Evening Anchor within her first 10 months on the job. In her time at WBNG, she earned several awards for her anchoring and investigative reporting. Her “Contaminated” series won multiple Associated Press awards for her investigations on drinking water and contaminants infiltrating the Susquehanna River. Her series of reports on the dirty water in Endicott, NY lead to local officials investing in new water infrastructure, citing her stories as a reason for action. Chloe has always had a passion for writing, media and telling stories. While in college she was a contributing writer for Today.com following an internship at The Today Show, where she fell in love with the fast-paced world of TV and media.
