My responsibility is to manage the business operations of the law firm. I am responsible for the overreaching strategic direction of the firm, and ultimately, for its stability and success. In this capacity, I oversee the following departments: Operations, Finance, PR and Marketing, Technology, and Human Resources. That said, the most important factor and the one that I feel most passionately about is to create a lively, considerate, well-structured environment where our corporate culture, centered around client services and trial practice can develop effectively. Assisting the cancer-affected community whom we serve at Vogelzang Law forms the basis for the directives that I most adamantly champion. I draw directly upon my experience working to grow and manage the firm for the last seven years and my previous experience imagining and growing small businesses.
