Experienced journalist, editor, communications and copywriting professional with a background in broadcasting, presenting and public speaking. Originally from Dundalk, Co Louth, Ireland, I am now based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, having previously studied Journalism and New Media at University of Limerick and later earning the distinction of being, for a time, Ireland's youngest active newspaper sports editor while employed by Iconic Newspapers.An intensely determined, self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, I have honed my communications and leadership skill set in professional and recreational settings, managing and motivating teams to succeed both at work and on the field of play. Among the achievements I am most proud of was guiding Roche Emmets to a first Louth GAA U21 football championship title in 28 years back in 2022.
