Previously, I was a senior managing editor at Business Insider overseeing operations for the newsroom's video, business and the audience teams. I've also been an editor for Bloomberg, LinkedIn and CNBC. My writing has appeared in many publications both online and in print, including Backchannel, Sports Illustrated, The New York Times, The Baltimore Sun, Tennis Magazine, CNN.com, Yahoo.com, AOL.com, and Entrepreneur.com. I've also written for the websites of numerous tennis tournaments, including for the U.S. Open, Wimbledon, and the Western & Southern Open. In 2017, I finished a tennis history book with Billie Jean King about her professional tennis sports league. I earned a master's degree from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism, where I took classes in feature writing, book writing, investigative reporting and multimedia skills. I graduated from Goucher College with degrees in American studies and communications. There, I served as editor of his college newspaper and as a four-year letter winner on the Men's Varsity Tennis Team. I studied abroad at the University of Oxford during my junior year.
