He recently completed his 15th season as part of the broadcast team on the Washington Capitals Radio Network. Raby is the host of the broadcast’s pregame, intermission and postgame shows and can be heard along the Capitals Radio Network and on SiriusXM Satellite Radio.In September 2016, he signed with Triumph Books to author '100 Things Capitals Fans Should Know & Do Before They Die.' The book was released in November 2017.In addition to his on-air work with Monumental Sports and Entertainment, Raby serves as a sports anchor on SiriusXM Satellite Radio and on WTOP 103.5 FM, Washington's #1 rated radio station.Raby has also covered Major League Baseball as a correspondent for MLB.com and The Associated Press and has served as the lead writer for the Mubadala Citi DC Open's official tournament website (Tennis) since 2018. During the 2014-15 NBA season, Raby was part of the television production team with Comcast Sportsnet Mid-Atlantic’s Wizards Pregame Live and Postgame Live programs, where he closely worked with talent and producers in developing storylines, determining show flow and incorporating appropriate video and graphics. Raby previously worked as a sports reporter with CTV Montreal from 2006-07 and as a Story Editor with TSN Sportscentre in Toronto from 2008-09. Since moving to Washington, D.C. in 2009, Raby has primarily covered the Capitals, Nationals, Wizards and NCAA Basketball for both broadcast and print media outlets. He has also served as a Capitals correspondent for The Hockey News, NHL.com, CSNWashington.com and The Washington Post Express while also contributing to MLB.com, The Associated Press, The Washington Times, Toronto Star, Canadian Press and Montreal Gazette.
