Award-winning independent audio producer, musician and composer, with 27 years of experience producing radio documentaries and features, audio art, theater and dance scores and sound designs. Based in Portland, Oregon, specialties include reporting on the environment, social justice and human rights issues. Just completed a new radio documentary called SACRIFICE ZONES about pressures to turn the Pacific NW into an export hub for fossil fuels, and with director Elaine Velazquez a feature documentary film on food justice called GAINING GROUND (www.gaininggroundmove.org) and .Specialties: Skills include advanced audio production (recording, editing and mixing), interviewing, writing and photography. I am also a composer and performing musician and play viola, cuatro and guitar with a European cabaret and tango band called Padam Padam.
