I have a passion for sharing well-researched information about safety and security. I love writing, speaking to people and doing radio interviews about safety and security issues: it doesn't matter what the format is. My passion is to share information so that I can help people to help themselves to be better informed, to take better decisions about their safety and where necessary change perceptions about what crime entails. I have been involved in the policing and safety and security industry for 25 years. I have been doing radio interviews with Radio Pulpit for the past 10 years - initially monthly, but currently on a weekly basis discussing safety and security topics in an easy to understand format. I have also had interviews on other radio stations. Whatever I do, write or say needs to be well-researched and easy to digest so that anyone can understand it - from the ill-informed to academics. I am striving each day of my life to taking hands and working towards a better SA!
