Claim your profileI've been cooking for about 10 years now. I started off as a butcher in Ottawa and was often asked cooking advice for some of the meat products customers would buy. So i decided to go to culinary school at Algonquin College. After i graduated I moved to the Bahamas to work at Columbus Isle Resort on San Salvador. When I returned I moved to Toronto and worked with Chef Doug Nigel at L'Unita. I then moved to Montreal and worked at Opus Hotel, Claremont Cafe, Lucille's, etc. I finished off my time in Montreal with a stage at Toqué! with Chef Normand Laprise. I am now the executive chef at the Holiday Inn and Suites Kanata/ Graffiti's Italian Eatery. I aspire to write my CCC next year.
