Day has appeared regularly on various CNBC primetime programs, including “The News With Shepard Smith” and “Last Call,” as well as dayside shows like “Squawk Box” and “Power Lunch.” During the pandemic, she developed and hosted the series “American Main Street” and created “Adapt. Shift. Succeed.” and “The American Comeback,” which highlighted businesses adapting to the challenges posed by COVID-19. Her investigative reporting has garnered attention, particularly for uncovering authenticity issues with luxury items sold by The RealReal, leading to a revamp of the company's marketing claims. Before joining CNBC, Day was an on-air personality at Fox 5 WNYW in New York City, where she was a lead reporter on the Ten O’Clock News. She hosted the Emmy-nominated series “Andrea Day’s Operation Gotcha,” leveraging her extensive law enforcement network for exclusive crime coverage. Throughout her career, Day has interviewed many prominent figures, including former U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch, former President Donald Trump, Hillary Rodham Clinton, artists Garth Brooks and Justin Bieber, entrepreneurs like Justin Gold (founder of Justin’s Nut Butter), Mark Cuban, and sports figures including Eli Manning.
