I cover wealth, celebrity brands and the influencer economy for the Business section at the Los Angeles Times. I was previously one of the editors of Column One, the paper's longtime front-page storytelling vehicle for the day’s best piece of features writing; before that, I managed the day-to-day operations of the Food section as its deputy editor and wrote about the restaurant industry. I was also an assistant Business editor who oversaw our luxury real estate section, and covered technology and retail as a Business reporter. I graduated from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and have written for the Tampa Bay Times, the Oregonian and the San Jose Mercury News.
