In 2012, after five years working at Marie Claire Arabia – first as an Assistant Fashion Editor, then as the head of its fashion department, I took a leap of faith into the unknown and decided to embark on a new career as a freelancer. By creating high-end visual shoots, splendid contradictions and acclaimed editorials between Beirut, Paris and Dubai and with my fanatical devotion to perfection, order, balance, and attention to detail, all this shaped my portfolio into the region’s most respected stylist. It is not until 2017, that I added to my resume the role of Creative Director, for my own brand. BOYFRIEND. A genderless expression of self.
