During my 15 years of career in online media, the ability to work as a people manager and collaborate cross functionally helps me to develop my skills in creating content strategies and creative ideas for brands and grow the business.Currently at Beautynesia, my focus in the first year was to revamp the beautynesia media, strengthening its position as a lifestyle media for Gen Z. Previously, during my time at FIMELA, I managed to develop the women's website to be more inclusive; as a result, it rise to become rank 4th in the commscore media lifestyle in Indonesia from the previous top 20 by the time I joined the team.My managerial skills and strategic thinking skills have been honed when I became a Lifestyle Editor at Yahoo Indonesia, at that time I was tasked with creating the Yahoo She Portal from the scratch and making it the number one women's portal in Indonesia.Now, I am quite confident in my abilities as a people manager, my understanding of the media business, as well as the world of marketing.
