As a compelling and strategic communications executive, I possess extensive experience crafting coherent messaging across military and government agencies, integrating narratives from multiple constituencies into a cohesive story. During my career, I have applied effective leadership, transparent communications, and relationship-building to lead crisis communications and situations. Further, I showcase a deep understanding of the complexities of brand communications while consolidating public and private organizational messaging across media channels. Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career: * Organized media day in Washington DC to communicate the importance of the transatlantic partnership to 15 German media attendees at Air National Guard; arranged logistics with Germany Embassy, created a panel to convey partnership importance, managed static air show with participating aircraft, and led a press conference with the embassy. * Researched and produced the first national-level Air National Guard podcast with the most senior enlisted leader, delivering monthly for 13 months and reaching hundreds of thousands of listeners; attained guests from the National Guard and external organizations to discuss leadership. Planned interviews and content. * Directed crisis communications during the COVID-19 pandemic at North Dakota National Guard-Joint Force Headquarters, conveying the importance of testing and educating community members on the virus; drove community outreach with 5 Native American Tribes, created strategic communication plan, and rebuilt damaged relationships with tribe members to allow testing across reservations.
