I work at the intersection of digital tech and content production - enabling good collaboration and bringing together specialists from different disciplines as we build a personalised, digital-first BBC. I ensure we develop our content recommendation systems in line with our public service values and in line with our BBC Editorial Guidelines. I am Co-Lead for the BBC’s Product Group staff in Cardiff, helping to develop creative collaboration. I was formerly Co-Chair of BBC Women in STEM, growing the staff network by 40% during my tenure. I have extensive experience working on high-profile brands for the BBC including Doctor Who, Sherlock, Peaky Blinders and Glastonbury. I have experience leading global digital launches and am confident in managing international stakeholders and complex projects. I have significant leadership experience, excellent communication skills and am passionate about developing others to reach their full potential.
