At Pima Medical Institute, I lead alumni efforts and internal communications. Messaging revolves around both corporate and campus-level initiatives, such as critical updates around management policies, personnel announcements, benefits communications, employee recognition, special enrollment events, alumni gatherings and the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. In essence, I develop storytelling strategies that strengthen community, culture and brand. I help shape how our people connect to the mission and to each other. With over a decade of experience in broadcast media, I have built a career around storytelling, audience engagement and creative marketing. As the longest serving host and producer of The Morning Blend TV Show in Tucson, I transformed a daily live show into a streamlined, revenue-generating brand, managing everything from content creation to client partnerships - both on-air and behind the scenes. My expertise extends into social media, advertising and content strategy. I have a deep understanding of media production, a strong local network and an obsession with solving problems.
