Here are my current projects: S-Reporter: Creating and curating a fresh and authentic platform devoted to San Diego news, people, culture and events. The San Diego Reader: I write 3,500- to 4,500-word cover stories exploring a range of issues including education, homelessness and mental health, surfing, and politics. Three of those articles were awarded 1st-place by the 2024 San Diego Press Club’s awards committee, while another article brought home the silver, or second place.
